About
our property

This is a Grade II* listed farmhouse from the 13th century, featured in Pevsner's Architectural Guide, that has retained many of its original features, such as the floorboards and exposed beams. The main hall features a stunning two-story crook archway. Pegs Farm is situated just 2 miles away from Ledbury, a charming market town with numerous independent shops and pubs. Moreover, it is conveniently located a short drive away from Malvern, the Malvern Hills, Worcester, and Hereford.

In addition, there is also the option of renting Fuggles Barn, which can accommodate up to 16 people. The farmhouse boasts spectacular views and breathtaking sunsets. You can enjoy the picturesque countryside setting, which includes nine acres of fenced parkland perfect for picnics, games, and rounders. Every day, while walking my dogs, I pause under the old oak tree to take in the tranquility of the Herefordshire countryside and admire the evening sun's warm glow on Coddington Church spire.

Please note that we accept a maximum of two well-behaved dogs, but they are not allowed on the beds or furniture. Check-in is after 3 pm, and check-out is at 10 am. We take every precaution to ensure that our guests follow all laws regarding COVID-19. We carry out housekeeping to an exceptionally high standard, and we are taking extra measures to ensure that all surfaces, door handles, light switches, etc., are cleaned thoroughly. We are also hiring extra staff to deep clean the house before new guests arrive.

Eastnor Castle and Deer Park (5 miles away) is another popular destination, but please check the castle's opening times on their website before visiting. Ross-on-Wye (16 miles away) is also worth a visit, with its market town and the Wye Valley, a well-known canoeing location, and the Forest of Dean, ideal for walking or mountain biking.

Your hosts

Since moving to Pegs Farm in 2000, we have been fortunate to reside in such a stunning property located in an unspoiled area of exceptional natural beauty. We relish spending time outdoors, walking our dogs in the countryside and on the Malvern Hills. Our interests also include skiing, sailing, tennis, and gardening, which Jacks particularly enjoys.

We recently added Fuggles Barn to our rental properties in July 2021, and we have been fully booked ever since. Over the last four years, we have welcomed numerous satisfied guests who have had a delightful stay with us. As hosts, we are experienced, highly-rated hosts who are dedicated to providing excellent accommodations and a memorable experience for our guests.
